Schulte Table exists to make focus training free, calm, and usable — online and on paper. Write to us anytime; we read every message.
Why we built this
The Schulte table is a simple exercise with a long clinical history. We wanted a place where anyone could practice it without accounts, paywalls, or noisy chrome — just a clear grid, honest timing, and tools that respect how the method was meant to be used.
That is why the trainer stays paper-like, why printable sheets mirror offline practice, and why the site stays free. The goal is not to gamify attention for its own sake, but to give you a quiet instrument for daily focus work.
Talk with us
This project grows with the people who use it. If something feels missing, confusing, or worth improving — a language, a print option, a training flow, or an accessibility detail — we want to hear it.
Feature ideas, bug reports, classroom or clinic use cases, and thoughtful critique are all welcome. You do not need a polished proposal; a short note is enough.
